Hello, I'm Ashley McFarland, a certified yoga and Pilates instructor through AAAI-ISMA. In 2023, I graduated with an associate degree in health science from Walter State Community College. With 10+ years of practice and almost three years of teaching experience, I'm committed to guiding individuals toward wellness. As an instructor, my aim is to promote healing, foster self-love, and enhance movement.
I am married with two boys, ages 8 and 6. We enjoy our summer beach trips and anytime we get to spend on the lake. I was born and raised in Oregon, and we relocated to Morristown in 2020 to raise our children in a safer area.
