Hello, I'm Ashley McFarland, a certified yoga and Pilates instructor through AAAI-ISMA. In 2023, I graduated with an associate degree in health science from Walter State Community College. With 10+ years of practice and almost three years of teaching experience, I'm committed to guiding individuals toward wellness. As an instructor, my aim is to promote healing, foster self-love, and enhance movement.
I am married with two boys, ages 8 and 6. We enjoy our summer beach trips and anytime we get to spend on the lake. I was born and raised in Oregon, and we relocated to Morristown in 2020 to raise our children in a safer area.

Keigan came to yoga through her own health and wellness journey and quickly discovered the practice as a source of both healing and strength. As a 500HR RYT, Keigan offers classes that are grounded, breath-focused, and fluid, inviting students to move with presence and ease. Her teaching is rooted in creating a supportive space where students can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and cultivate balance on and off the mat.

My yoga journey began thirty-four years ago at the Rose Center, Morristown. My teacher was Yvonne Apol, who had trained in London in the Iyengar method of yoga practice. I've been fortunate in having had many very good yoga teachers over the years, and am thoroughly grateful to have the opportunity to follow them onto the mat.
I completed my 200 hour teacher training this past July, with Blue Ridge Yoga School in Farragut, TN. For one weekend a month for 10 months twenty students practiced, studied and learned together. From learning the asanas on the mat, to the study of anatomy, to the extended practice of breathing techniques and much more, it was a journey of new knowledge as well as a rekindling of my love of the practice. I have to doubt that I will continue to learn much more from the students who choose to practice with us here at Beautifully Whole Wellness, and I look forward to the next part of this journey!
